A Green River

Last week work took me here...

and it just so happened it was St Patrick's Day!!!  Chicago is known for dying the river green in celebration of this Chi-rish day.  I was so excited to finally get to see it.  We even planned a group dinner for the team for Wednesday night so we could enjoy a green beer and see the river.  We were disappointed when we learned it was turned green on Saturday (for the parade) instead.  So we had to settle for this...

and saw some of this (and I'm not talking about the crazy look on Sean's face)...

and I learned something new.  Apparently "The Night Chicago Died" this was the only building that survived...
